Frequesntly Asked Questions

  • What is Semi-Permanent Make-Up?

Semi-permanent make-up is a cosmetic procedure with which we superficially implant pigment in the skin. It is a technique that is slightly invasive as the pigment is implanted 0.2mm deep and may need an aesthetic to maintain comfort. The color fades over time.

  • How long it may last?

The result may last from 18 months to 2 years, or even more, and may need a minimal touch up after 1-2 years to maintain the shape and colour. The result may vary from person to person and needs a consultation prior to treatment to check on the contraindications and patient’s expectations.

  • What are the benefits of Semi-Permanent Make-Up?

    - It stays on the skin all day and all night
    - You will save time from putting on make-up each and every day
    - Microblading and microshading enhance the shape and colour of your eyebrows
    - Classic eyeliner can create a subtle illusion of more dense eyelashes
    - Lip blush enhances the color and shape of the lips

  • What to expect after the procedure?

We expect a minimal scabbing that you have to let fall by itself naturally. There will be stages of healing where the colour may fade and will eventually reappear in few weeks. The colour will blend in naturally in the skin as the healing stages are completed.
