1. Final Sale

All promotional purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Missed appointments

• Medical ineligibility

• Partial usage

2. Non-Transferable

Promotions are:

• Valid only for the original purchaser

• Not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash

• Not assignable to another person

Valid Emirates ID may be required at the time of appointment.

3. Validity & Expiry

• Promotions are valid only within the advertised campaign period.

• All services must be booked and completed before the stated expiration date.

• Expired promotions will not be honored or extended. (2 years after the purchase date)

• No credit will be issued for unused portions after expiry.

4. Appointment Policy
